Returns

Return Timeframe: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the item.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at geddonsurf@gmail.com within the 30-day period with your order details and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if the return is approved, provide you with further instructions. Do not send your item back without authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Address: If your return is approved, you will need to send the item to our returns address at 16 Willow Close, PL17 7HZ, United Kingdom. (We will confirm this address and provide any additional packing or shipping instructions when we approve your return.)

Return Shipping Labels & Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect), we will cover the return shipping cost by providing you with a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns (such as when you change your mind or ordered the wrong item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will need to purchase your own shipping label. In either case, we will guide you through the return shipping process once your return request is approved. Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at geddonsurf@gmail.com so that we can make it right. In such cases, we will arrange for a free return by providing a prepaid shipping label, and we will offer a prompt replacement or full refund to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards (these are final sale and non-refundable)

Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or a different product, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund for the original item (according to our refund policy), and your new order will be handled as a separate transaction.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without needing to provide justification. This 14-day cooling-off period is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy. Items returned under the EU cooling-off period must still meet our return conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging) and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
